Cheshire Medical Center

Name of Hospital: Cheshire Medical Center

City, State/Province, Country: Keene, New Hampshire, USA

Number of Stars: 2.5

Comment: During my stay, the general staff and nurses were very kind and welcoming, doing their best to help you. The medical professionals were nice and pleasant to be around, but not as willing to accept that you may have a misdiagnosis or that you were really experiencing the symptoms that you were describing. The therapist (retired now i believe) was very dismissive and rude. He did not really want anything to do with the adolescents in his care, and was only focused on getting you out of there as fast as possible.

Type of program (i.e. day program, inpatient): Inpatient

Any other identities/marginalizations i.e. race/gender/sexuality that could have influenced your stay?: pansexual, transboy, physically disabled
