Comment: When I was at Laurel Regional Hospital in September 2015 after [method of suicide attempt redacted]*, I had an open laceration. I requested neosporin (bacitracin) and a bandage. It took several days for me to get the ointment, and they would not allow to cover my OPEN WOUND. Additionally, a day or so into my stay, I realized I could not lift my right arm more than half way up, and it a) took an egregious amount of time for me to see the doctor about it (several days) and b) I was misinformed about how long it should take for the nerve to unpinch vs whether it would be permanent. In terms of activities/therapy, this was definitely the least structured and least helpful hospital I have stayed in.
